Extended SAL - Please join in - everyone is welcome!!

Good morning everyone! As you all know, there are five weekends this month, which means that once again we get to hold an extended SAL! Everyone enjoys these ones - we get to see so much more progress. The SAL will run from tomorrow, June 22 until Monday, July 2, giving us eleven days of stitching pleasure. It would be great to see some new people taking part, so if you have hesitated in joining us in the past, now would be a good time for you to join in the fun! These SAL's are great motivators. Stitch as much, (or as little) as you are able, on Golden Kite, non-Golden Kite or any combination of projects that you like. Take a 'before' photo when you start and an 'after' photo when you finish and post them on this thread for us to admire! If you have any questions, please ask.

I will be continuing on with my David and hope to get lots done. Will anyone be joining in?

I'm in with both Flowers and fruit and gentleman writing. I'll be working on flowers first.

Slight change in plan doing gentleman first as I stand a chance of finishing this diagonal fairly quickly and starting the next which will mean I hit a milestone

I'm definitely in with Magical Arrival Storykeep. This will be the last session on this one as I will be switching to Night Cafe for the new 100 day HAED challenge. I've been dying to get back to this one and I stand a chance of making some decent headway on it since one of the requirements is that you stitch every day, even if it's only one stitch!

reached the point i wanted to on Gentleman writing. This is a milestone point as the never ending march of the window across the fabric has stopped! It was getting very tedious, but now it is more interesting

Taking a two day break, then it is back on flowers and fruit for 2 weeks and that will be heading for a milestone too
