Beautiful progress, everyone! I'll post my photos and comment further later today. We're attending meetings at the hospital and are nearing a discharge date for my mother - this Friday will be five weeks as a patient for her and she reallllly wants to leave. We've found a lovely place for her to live, so it's just a matter of wading through red tape at the moment. I do take her out on day trips though, to get her out of that hospital atmosphere.

Abi your Art and Literature got a nice re-start.

Debbie your Magical Arrival is coming along nicely. That ribbon will be so worth it in the end.

Robert you are moving along nicely too.

    So much great progress.

Wendy I hope it goes as smoothly as it can for your Mom. Those time outs from a long hospital stay are so important to the mental health aspect of it all. I know my Mom fought all the harder to get out for good after she had a day out.

My progress was good. I started my third colour and managed to do most of the scattered stitches and start on the bigger groupings of it.

Robert, how lovely this is! I love how the leading in the glass is developing, as well as watching your diagonal grow.

Abi, what a beauty this chart is! The new colours you have stitched have already added so much depth and I love that Greek pillared building in the background.

Debbie, beautiful progress on your ribbon and background! I can well imagine the total confetti that you've been dealing with, but it will all be so worthwhile.

Tamara, I missed commenting on your last update and now you've posted another one. I love watching all those blank areas shrink with each update - it's so interesting to follow!

Abi and Tamara, thanks for the kind words regarding Mom. We learned today that she may be able to move into her new residence on Tuesday. She's worried about meeting new people, but I told her that if she can make friends in the Geriatric Unit (which she has) she can make friends anywhere!

Here is my progress on David. It's his arm, but it's rather deformed looking in places right now!

Good evening everyone! This weekend is our SAL for GK projects, and I'll be continuing on with my David when I have some stitching time. Will anyone be joining in?
