Well here is my accomplishment for the extended SAL. Made great progress. Still hope to finish this seed packet by end of April.

Robert welcome to the group! Your piece is coming along nicely. Those colours are really nice.

Sue your seed packet is really taking shape. I am sure you will be done soon.

Abi nice to see you and Raquette again. It is coming along nicely. That sky looks so real.

Debbie I am glad your eye is doing better. And yes those box lables at times are far too small for the quality of printing they do. I can do 1 over 22 count without my glasses and getting right up close, but I can't read box labels.

Wendy you have an excellent time golfing! I know how you enjoy it. For me it is mini golf only because for some reason that twisting of the feet you do to drive a ball is really bad for my bad foot. So is bowling. Yet I can hike and kayak forever. And kayaking you brace your feet on the pegs to get the drive to go so it does involve the lower body.

We had a resurgence of winter last Thursday night as well. We got about 8 inches / 20cm of snow overnight right before we were leaving for Kamloops for the weekend. It was snow on the road for 50km (about 30 minute drive here at the speed limit), then it was wet for 50km, then bare and dry the rest of the way. On Saturday we celebrated my Great Aunty Karen's 75th birthday. It was a blast. They got an Elvis /Rod Stewart impersonator to sing and MC with his wife Marilyn Monroe as the DJ. They were a hoot and fit right in with us. There were 70 people there, most of them our family so it was like a mini family reunion. I hit it off with one of my Mom's cousins who is closer to my age, but still older. We had not seen each other for years and years. Her and her husband are hosting out next reunion in 2019 in Dawson Creek so I volunteered to help out as I will be 1 hour away for part of the summer in Chetwynd. I can come up even this year to help plan and check venues with her. And just visit too.

So I did manage to do some work on my Magic Potion. Still just the one colour though. I have a couple more solid hours of work on it to do. Before: Click image for larger version.
