Debbie, your Midnight Moon is gorgeous! I love the look of whatever it is framed by the moon - is it grasses or reeds? I forget which company charted it or I would check it out myself. That's too bad about your eye, but it's good to hear that you'll still be able to go to your retreat. 1 in 10? I guess you are just unique!

Abi, it sounds like everything is going to work out all around for Jane!

It's the very top of the trees that edge the meadow where the barn sits. The pattern is a Mystic Stitch design.

I'd say that's more than a little progress Abi! You got lots done on your sky, and it's looking beautiful as ever. It won't be long before you will be stitching on that gorgeous head! Has Jane arrived yet?

Here is my David. That's his shoulder on the right, and it's also the end of my first row! This one appears to be stitching up faster than I envisioned. I've got a good start on the rest of his hair, so the remainder of his face should develop soon.

    Abi what wonderful progress!

Wendy David is looking handsomer and handsomer every day.

So I did manage to squeak in a bit of time this weekend. Actually I did quite a bit last night as I finally did not feel like just going home from work and going straight to bed. This cold just keeps going and going. Starting to get some life back as I am now on my asthma inhalers that I usually only take in the spring and summer. It has not gone into my lungs exactly, but it is causing me to have asthma issues so my lungs are not happy.
So a before from a while ago as I have not posted in a while. I had done some in between this and where I started from this time, but i did not take a picture. Click image for larger version.

ID:	8573 This page more bricks. Then will come last 2 on this row and they will have a window with purple curtains. And then after that it should just be more interesting in general. Not that this is not great, but more books and things on the walls and a puppy in the rafters and curtains and.... A bit more variety and far less of DMC 3799 I think is what I am trying to say

Oh wow, Tamara. I've been following your updates, but the ones I remember seeing have only been the sections you've been directly working on. This is the first time I can remember seeing the full scope of the work and it's just gorgeous! It's funny how actually seeing both the window and the lamp seems to light up the colors all around it and the work doesn't seem nearly as dark. You're getting away from 3799 and I'm getting ready to cycle into it on Midnight Moon. I have 376 stitches left to finish on the first page of the pattern and then I'll work to the right, which is all night sky. I won't get into the barn until I start the next row of pages, so I'm looking at doing lots and lots of dark colors for a while!

More than a bit, I think. This really looks great, Abi. Will this row of pages get you into the face of the buck?
