Thank you for the name of the fabric, Mireille. If I end up needing it I'll have another option. Thank you Abi for your searching.

Abi, your sky continues to grow beautifully! I think you'll be happy when you get to some other colours.

Bobbi, I'm very pleased that you know Bernini! Anybody that I've ever mentioned him to has never heard of him.

I just telephoned Needleworker's Delight and only got a voicemail, so I've sent them an email. And when I stated earlier that I need a piece 39" x 59" I was just going by my imperfect memory. I checked my sheet and I only need 29" X 39" so that size shouldn't be a problem at all.

Here is a photo of the floss for my 'white' statue!

Sherry he is awesome! Just look at that face.

Abi that sky is so gorgeous. Looking forward to seeing more of that deer appearing though.

Wendy those colours are going to be so amazing in this piece. And it is funny how we live in the same country, but I think a lot of stuff I say has more in common with the West Coast of the US than with you in the same country sometimes. I have always heard the term laid off when it is for a reason other than being actually fired because you did something wrong.

So I had a win last night. I work on a 2 page spread, but I finished the left page of it completely. And the right page is close to done. Hoping I get to stay home this week and get this set of pages done. Right now I am told I will be at home unless something

Tamara, I got quite a chuckle out of your post and had to go back to read mine. I jumped from one subject to the next with no warning and I can see how you read it the way you did. Yes, we use the term laid off too. Your expression that I loved was about the one-legged man, but I mentioned it right after 'laid off' so it seemed like that was what I was referring to!

What beautiful progress you have made! I love the look of the lantern and the soft light that is shining from it. You must be so pleased!

I emailed the website that Bobbi gave me and telephoned twice with no reply. Possibly they are closed today, so I'll keep on trying - I'm on a mission!

Great news! I was finally able to get through to Needleworker's Delight and they still have the black Davosa. It's all ordered and will ship today!

Bobbi, I can't thank you enough for this website!
