Potion is going so well, Tamara. It's looking really great. One of the reasons I love GK patterns is just what you discovered - the shading is so wonderful. When I was talking with Rehema, the museum curator, a couple of weeks ago I commented to her that I preferred my designs to emerge as a result of color, not because of backstitching (a long way from my favorite part of cross stitch - I'd rather do confetti all day than backstitch!) This is an excellent example of using color to achieve those results. It's the same way it happens all around us (no backstitching on real life.) This is going to be so beautiful when it's finished.

    I'm in with Villa.

Tamara Potion looks great, I have the same problem cat and dog hair everywhere, no matter how often I brush them. Ready to shave them all,LOL,

Chris welcome back, now quit your whining Miss Vacation.

Everyone is making such great progress. I love watching your projects grow! Have been working on Turquoise Sea, but haven't taken a photo lately. Will try to do this weekend's SAL. I'm on dog duty this afternoon, so hope to start stitching when I'm done.

    Yay Chris, way to go!

Hope to see your Turquoise sea progress soon, Gail!

My friend and I are away for a few days playing in our Ladies' Provincial tournament. We played a practice round yesterday and will do another one today. The actual tournament is three days, starting tomorrow. I'm nowhere near being a contender, but am just hoping not to make a fool of myself! It's always lots of fun.
