Wendy, there were 5 partial pages in this diagonal, roughly 5200 stitches

    Thank you Abi!
Wendy, I was curious and worked out that that diagonal equals 1.72 pages

It's beautiful, Sherry! A question. Do you work this upright, working on the diagonal, or do you actually stitch it sideways as it is in the picture?

Debbie I'm working it upright using a method I found on YouTube by another stitcher

Well girls I managed a bit but it's just too hot to stitch I'm still coughing and spluttering and breathing isn't easy but the x ray results came back and nothing nasty or sinister showed up just changes to the levels of the COPD which I presume means it's getting worse? They did other tests but the results aren't back yet but I will keep you updated

Peonies is looking fantastic, Abi. I didn't know you have COPD. That's nasty. I guess the hot weather is far from pleasant for you. It's extremely hot here also. Not my kind of weather. I don't stitch at the moment. Much too warm.
