I have put a link in my last post on the other SAL thread and closed it so no one will be able to post in there now - except moderators but it would be best if we don't girls hope that this helps with the confusion etc and our chatty conversations will all be in one thread too instead of getting slightly disjointed

    Great finish, Wendy!

A-frogging we will go, a-frogging we will go,
Oh, don't you hate it so
When your stitching just don't go!

    Thanks Glenda!

I love your poem/song. Unfortunately it sounds like you have a big job ahead of you.

Our driving range opened yesterday and I hit a small bucket of balls!! Our pro thinks that the course will open on Thursday - yippee!!

No, it's not too bad. It's just that I keep making little mistakes and I don't find them until I do the next colour near them. It's happened several times on this design and I've only just started it! I think my chronic fatigue is getting worse, or my adrenal fatigue or whatever. Not getting proper sleep doesn't help but I just don't feel like going to bed until really late. I haven't felt motivated to do much at all for the last two or three weeks but I was a lot better today. I can't afford to overdo things though or I'll fall in a heap, so no long walks on the golf course for me! How's your knee? Did you ever try rosehip tea? It's made a huge difference to me the last few weeks. It got rid of my knee pain completely but it's also good for my thyroid and adrenal glands because of the high vit C content. I need liver more often too!

I've been singing my little ditty all day long - it goes to the tune of "A-courting we will go, a-courting we will go, hey-ho the dairy-O, a courting we will go." I think they're the right words - it's been a while since I sang that sort of thing. I think I might get used to frogging in the same way I got used to back-stitch. Fighting it definitely just makes it worse.

Two men were discussing a mutual friend who'd just died. One asked, "How much did he leave?" The reply: "He left it all". Nope, you can't take it with you so you'd all better get stitching and do that huge pile of charts.

    Hah!!

We sang that song here too, so I knew the exact tune when you mentioned the frogging. Although ... we always said 'the farmer in the dell'. Interesting how the words change country by country.
