    thank you Wendy and Lucy

Wendy you have done so much on your Woman and I am looking forward to watching this grow - makes me want to start mine but I will do boys first and congratulations on getting to the end of the first page (nearly)

I will fill in the boy as soon as I get time - I have the boys today and tomorrow so have them overnight as much easier than driving to pick them up two days on the trot - saves my fuel and I can stay in bed longer

Lucy the picture is 'Boys on the Shore' and now it's not quite all blue grey/grey blue etc I am enjoying it actually I quite enjoyed the grey/blues etc because they were lots of one so not quite so many confetti stitches as there are in the head

Thank you Lucy, I got so strung up about the confetti at one point I nearly binned it but I'm glad now that I didn't and have promised not to whine about it anymore and just stitch
    Abi.....

Thank you Chris! I know you'll enjoy stitching this one when you've finished your Boys. So far there's not much confetti and it's stitching up quite quickly (for me!).

Wow, everyone has made a lot of progress!

Better late than never. I was looking at the thread for the end of May and never thought to look for a new one. I thought everyone was awfully quiet. Duh!!

I didn't have much stitching time for about a week but I've done the backstitch on the leaves, most of the buds, and I've almost finished the flower on the right - it shows a lot more in the photo than in real life! Sorry, no before picture because I had no camera battery at the start.

Glenda, what a difference in the flower with the backstitch finished - there's such depth to it! I look forward to seeing the whole picture finished - it will be a beauty!
