    1017 The Storm

The madness starts all over again. I started this a while ago but got discouraged fast because I was only stitching black, dark grey, dark green, black and grey, black and green, grey and green and on and on...you get the idea. I picked it back up two months ago and can't put it down.
This is my favorite painting, every time we got to NCY I go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and stand there in awe. This is the largest project Iíve stitched and with 78 pages I donít think I will be finishing anytime soon

Oh Laurie, what a beauty this is going to be! I love Cot's paintings and lucky you to have seen the real thing! You've done great on the dark colours - there will soon be lots of light ones to make up for it. Thanks for the update - I'll eagerly await your next one.

Only dark shades - it's really not fun. But when the picture is ready, it would be a masterpiece! I wish you to be patient and easy stitching.

Trinity, that's why Marcus has the clause in the fine print that he is not responsible for any madness that may occur from stitching these projects.

I know how you feel. Stitching such same colours is just boring! But I can see some detail in your piece. I think it must have had you get more motivated to work on it. I'm looking forward to seeing your updates.
