Thank you both. I am happy with the choice and I want to make the other seasons later. Wendy, I chose white fabric, not such a bold choice, but safe

Sara, I have the Spring one as well. It is one of my favourite designs. I love the pastel colours. So I will love to see your progress. I have several other Chatelaines. Polar Lights, Watergarden, Sampler Mystery IV and the Small Hamam Oasis are the four languishing in my WIP pile. I will get back to these as they are too expensive not to finish.

Sara, I have the spring one too! I will be very interested to watch your progress. I stitched my very first Chatelaine's earlier this year - a couple of very small ones - the "spice" tiles. Quite a fun change of pace from working on my GK design.

So much fun that several in here is stitching Chatelains! This is my first, but now I know where I can ask for advice. Especially beading is new for me and I'm not sure how to do it.
Rachelecm and bschoenwald, so gorgeous Chatelains you both selectedHave you finished the spring, or do you have it in your stash? Maybe all three of us may have a Knot Garden spring SAL And yes, they are truly a break from GK patterns, they are something completely different and therefore I think it is nice to have two such VIP's at the same time.
I will post my progression pictures on the Knot Garden Spring and Night and Sleep tomorrow

Denise I love your stocking, it looks like a really fun stitch and so colourful

Sara, lovely start on your Chatelaine, I'm looking forward to seeing this grow as I love these designs. Night and sleep is coming along really well
