    Angela, this is looking fabulous already. The feathering in the feathers is so airy and real looking that you almost expect them to move. And the swirls of color showing are wondeful. You have chosen a marvellous pattern. How lucky for us that we get to watch it grow.

    Thanks everyone!

    There are a lot of confetti stitches, especially in the wispy parts of the feathers, but the detail is so great I don't mind the extra work. Even my mother, who knows nothing about cross stitch, told me it looks like a painting. But that I credit to the excellent pattern!

    Wedny, Jolande, thanks for the birthday wishes. And thanks to all for the comments. I haven't been able to stitch since early April because I've been working so much overtime. But I do have a small update I can share. !shy Hopefully I can finish another page next month. I am so anxious to start stitching again!
